I was listening to 606 a little earlier and Robbie Savage asked a Liverpool fan how many players they were short of a title winning side.

The reply was two or three.

A gap of 27 points (which is likely to be around 35 points by May) can be bridged by couple of acquisitions in the summer?

Unbelievable. They do make me laugh.

Thank fuck Kenny won that trophy is all I can say. He could well be there all NEXT season too. How fucking good would that be? Might do us a favour and buy Adam Johnson for 50m as well!

Liverpool are shit simple. Saurez wont score 20 + goals a season. They will buy whatever English players that the top 5 teams dont want and will think they are going to be there or abouts next season.

Hodgeson never got a chance at Liverpool and I cant help but love to see these fuckers slip away. Struggled against Cardiff to win the Carling Cup. Come up against Arsenal and they lost the bottle as usual. They need to rebuild Gerrard and Carraghter are on there way out and need replacing. Saurez and Renia may well want out too to go and play champions league next year.

Also have to say I switched over to soccer saturday when Arsenal scored the winner to see them all giving that twat Thompson a right slating which is always nice to see. Liverpool with Kenny will never get into the top 4 but with him being King Kenny they dont have the bottle to get rid of him.

a nice juicy stat for those dippers who think King Kenny is the Messiah:

Hodgson's record as Lpool manager: P31 W13 D9 L9.

Dalglish's record since returning as Lpool manager: P30 W15 D6 L9

Sling in 120m of players, oh wait it doesn't count because 50m was sold on Torres.

The way they treated Roy was nothing short of scandalous

The way RAWK justifies Carroll's pricetag, Suraez's shenanigans and Henderson is only young and he'll get better is laughable.

The "Laugh At Everton" thread shows so much arrogance it's unbelievable. I wish one day Spurs, City and Everton could consistently finish above our cocky neighbours to throw it back in their faces

Dippers are beyond delusional, still blaming Hodgson

Of course there is no progression Kenny is still having to address the havoc that Hodgson caused. We are a million miles better than the side Hodgson left us with. We are still repairing the damage that Hicks, Gilllet, Purslow and the owl inflicted. we are heading in the right direction have just won our first trophy for six years and have just played Arsenal off the park.

We are so close to getting it right it is untrue and we need to keep the faith.

Fuck you with yer sense and reason.

If Baggies finishes above them, I'll drink myself silly toasting Hodgson.
