If FFP dies they will be an attractive proposition just like the Geordies and with a rich backer it wouldn't take much to get the bandwaggon rolling again. We came from years in the wilderness to the top again pretty quickly ourselves. Of course if the brakes are taken off we will have the potential to blow them all out of the water again....here's hoping!
I don't agree
Their American owners are used to a sporting system that is level so that all the owners make money without too much over investment
They have tried that and failed miserably in Liverpool. They were in debt two years running and should have failed FFPR.
They won't put in the kind of cash ADUG would but they will enjoy taking all the money out, known as the Glazer model

That is if the present owners stay. If they sell to someone more wealthy it will be totally different.

So the only way Liverpool can get back to the top is with a billionaire owner.

How ****ing ironic!

I have a feeling West Ham might be the next club to attract a big investor. They are prime for a takeover.

The Olympic Stadium has a ridiculous amount of potential for a big investor.

London, 80,000 seats, really good transport links. Absolute goldmine, West Ham are so lucky to basically be given that stadium.

The Etihad stadium would no doubt have been a big swaying point for our owners.

Undoubtedly. The corporate potential at West Ham is sky high. They could earn several times more per exec box than we could. If any club is lucky enough to benefit from a takeover like ours, I could not think of another club I would rather it happen to.

Spurs have lots of potential too with the new ground development but Levy would want the earth for the club.

80,000 seats? Haven't they removed around 25,000?
