Me too but, it's all part of being a long standing City fan I guess.

I desperately want us to win at Klanfield and shut the gobby bastards up.

Your first sentence sums me up to a T.

There have been so many false dawns kicks in the proverbial bollocks over the last nearly 50 years that I almost always err on the side of caution.

It wouldn't matter whoever they play. If we turn up we'll do them. Just got a horrible feeling we won't perform again at Anfield!! We seem to have a mental block with the place.
referee decisions are the main culprit for the bad results.
last time out, they had a weeks rest, with nothing to do, but prepare for the game against us.we were without Spanish Dave, little points that mount up.

if Sterling plays, they won't get away with the little digs, pushing and taunting him like they do in the league.

if they do win or draw, they will be too knackered to beat Everton and still knackered, next tuesday.

i think we will turn up.

Hahahahaha same here mate it’s as if it’s ingrained in us from years of supporting city and not knowing what to fully expect, the record at anfield doesn’t help but I hate predicting scores but I think if we keep them from getting a goal by the 20 min mark we can win I will say 2-1..

When we got drawn against them I said oh shit, but over the last couple of weeks they've been bulling themselves up something awful, I think they are going to come unstuck.

Let’s hope so.

You just know that BT's "experts" will be all over the candle wavers tomorrow evening.

We’ll just be incidental to the red dipper love-in.

Klipperty saying they can score whenever they want. Seems strange then, have they chosen not to win certain games this season?

ahhh - so they have chosen where they want to be in the table - of course how daft of us not to see that....

Frustrate them by exploiting the space between Trent/Lovren constantly and we'll see their midfield cave in and crumble. They don't know what to do when they've got several runs to track in the same area.

Begs the question, how come they don't win every game then, if that's the case?? As has been said already, they have been gobbing off since the draw... They will come undone, they have made themselves favourites the stupid fuckers, will they ever learn :-)

Is Klopp talking about Liverpool's history and their famous support?

Fucking hell. He is a parody of himself.

Who is Trent? Lovern is not a CL defender and we really should be able to exploit his presence. Also they will miss Gomez. I think we will score 2 tonight but concede as well. A 2-2 draw would do nicely.

That kid they have at right back I think, maybe the OP knows him?

Too many pages to scan through, but does anybody else think that all this putting pressure on us could backfire big time on the Mickies. How are they going to measure up to all the weight put on their shoulders? Will be very interesting to see.

Trent Alexander-Arnold, their right back. Couldn't be arsed typing his surname out but you've made me the whole bloody name now!

Loads of blue tinted specs on here. The question begs, if Gabriel Jesus does that at the Kop tonight, is it a foul?

Exactly, they have had 3 weeks plus with ex dippers, media etc all saying ''this that and another. I will be amazed if they can get their fucking heads through the anfield gates.

Their midfield will bottle it big time. Wijnaldum, Ox, Henderson - will all crumble under that much pressure.

Milner would put in his best but come on, Silva/Fernandinho/KDB would run rings around him. Him + 1 of Wijnaldum or Ox played ahead of Henderson would be our best bet.

Simples. Unleash the crowd. It's a European night under those famous Anfield floodlights. And don't forget that 'istree............(ad nauseum)

What can possibly go wrong?
