Klopp has to deliver eventually.
He has had a free (and upgraded) pass with the media and getting them back into the top four so far has been good enough. The CL final was the icing on the cake.
However he needs to deliver a trophy. It's my guess he will seriously target the Carabo cup next season (just as Rodgers did) as his best bet to get his hand on some silverware. The scousers need a trophy and quick.

Thought he tried that in 2016. Forget who won it.

Indeed he has, constantly losing finals is probably worse than getting nowhere in them in the first place,
as shoulders can be shrugged for one offs, (City FA cup etc;) but if you can win one or two even very occasionally,
you're always in the mix. Klopp never is, there is a confidence problem running through his teams that affects
them when the big occasion arises, and it must by now, be becoming a real monkey on his back.
I loved the response to Klipperty's fall at the last fence,

'Devon Klopp.'

Agreed.100%.

5 or 6 years ago I was pretty much indifferent to them. Slightly irritated by them now and again, yes, but overall I just didn't care enough to have an opinion on them one way or the other. My hatred was directed only at the rags when the Pisscan was there. But nowadays the rags are a joke: a spent force throwing cash around in a desperate attempt to convince everybody they are a top-draw act. My indifference is now aimed fairly and squarely at the rags.

The dippers, on the other hand, have now replaced the vermin as the club I most despise - something I never ever thought was possible. It was the Bodgers era that helped turn my attitude from complete apathy to downright psychotic murderous rage everytime I saw their name mentioned. Suarez and Slippy ("We go again") G, the hypocrisy of Rodgers heavily criticising and lambasting any club that bought one of their players whilst simultaneously dismantling Southampton's starting eleven...I could go on and on, I could mention cheering when one of our boys got injured, throwing bricks and bottles at our coach etc. But it seems the media are happy to brush these vile incidents under the carpet because they are the loveable, cheeky scousers: the ready-wit and the charming smile.
Yeah, it's okay to gather en-masse and launch missiles at the opponent's bus as it makes its way to the ground, as long as you've got that impish Scouse grin on your face. It's okay to try and totally destroy a coach full of fellow human beings as long as you do it with a big "The-Germans-bombed-our-chippy" grin on your parasitic, benefit-scrounging features.

Cùnts, every single last one of them.

You've hit the nail firmly on the head. Before 2014 I didn't have too much against Liverpool, certainly nowhere near my lifelong didain and hatred of the rags, but since then I absolutely loathe them and that loathing increases year on year. For me it started when, after City players and fans stood shoulder to shoulder with them to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Hillsborough, they proceeded to boo City players every time they touched the ball for the full 90 minutes. (All waved away by the media as 'passion'). Then the bus attack, their continuing shit treatment of Raz and the totally illogical gloating after winning fuck all has pushed me past the point of no return. I hope they have another complete meltdown next season. Bastards.

Klipperty will actually be under scrutiny this coming season to repay what the board at fsg have done - spent money. For far too long this galloping cheerleader has had an easy ride. He has basically done his homework prior to taking the job and realised that he had to get klanfield on side.

During this time he has done snippets of media interviews - especially the one where he says his wife said liverpool is the club for you !! - oh how the cultists love that statement. All the chest beating and fist pumping has gone down well, and klopp had done his job.....

Well that could be about to change this season, because the board will want something tangible to show for it at the end and if it doesnt start foing the right way questions will be asked and the magnifying glass will be hovering over him
Think the board will be happy selling Salah for £150 million. The board is just a hedge fund and its like watching billions

According to an article i read this morning, the dippers pulled the plug on the fuckher deal due to some abnormalities during his medical???

I heard he’d had knee surgery and when Liverpool’s doctors examined closer, whoever had done it had messed it up and not sorted his ligaments out properly.

Should he then suffer a similar injury you’d be looking at a much lengthier time out, even a possibility of career ending.

Once Liverpool found this out they significantly dropped the transfer fee, which is understandable.

Despite the fact I can’t stand them, if we’re being honest, you can’t blame them.
