If UEFA invented a competition for all the teams who finished 2nd, Liverpool would finish runners-up.

Then again, they will have paid for their transport etc and would not be trying to do

I just think Spurs are not as desperate for media coverage as the dippers - the dippers are probably fantasising they are top of the " most media coverage league "
