I’m just hoping we can push on and retain our title and watch them crumble into 3rd or 4th. The devastation in dipperland will be priceless to see.

Needs a candle sticking out of it.

Who are they playing in the cup this weekend?
They aren't a big enough club to still be in an FA Cup after the 3rd Round.

Small, precious clubs like them can't go for multiple trophies like a modern big club, so they and their fan's are having another couple of weeks in the sun, somewhere in the South of Spain.

They will be bored stiff, having to watch proper clubs like Newport, QPR, City, United, Wolves, Chelsea, Wimbledon etc. playing in the greatest and most historic knockout cup in this country.

They'll be hoping for Red cards, suspensions and injuries, and then delighting themselves posting on their closed shop forum.

Not one will comment to condemn Klopp's decision to drop out of the cups, as he did in Germany, but will all be thinking that this is the right way to run a football club, forgetting that as fans, you want to see your team play as often as they can.

'A Bastion of Invincibility' the great Shankly stated.

Well Bill, turn in your grave, for those people you represented have forgotten everything you stood for!

Ouch! That’s hit the nail firmly on the head!! Bet the banned dipper wums are itching to have a go at that one haha

You need to factor in the dippers shitting themselves when they play the rags, I don’t think lingard is a loss at all, martial maybe but I’m still confident with what’s at stake the rags will prevail and take points... Them losing to PSG was a godsend as far as I’m concerned, I’m expecting a reaction from the rags ...! Wishful thinking I know but you never know....

Martial is a huge loss. But I still hope that the occasion gets to Liverpool. They don't normally play that well at Old Trafford and I think that United (and the fans) will be up for it, knowing they can dent Liverpool's title hopes. But they're a much lesser team without Martial.

My raggy friends tell me Lingard is very important for knitting together their rapier like transition play which they invented so basically the ball is not leaving their midfield. We will now need to rely on the greatest keeper ever to stand in front of all their shots.

Lingard is shite by any stretch of anyone’s imagination, has a half decent game now n then but 99% of the time he goes missing whilst thinking of his latest dance with Poomba ... Oh, he’s a dickhead too :-)
