The boss nights with Jamie Webster are cringeworthy beyond belief. Only them and man united/pete boyle could get away with it. Assuming they have to pay for it as well.

I didn't know what they were, but I just googled them. Exactly what I'm talking about! You have my deepest sympathies as an Evertonian. It must be purgatory to have that kind of nonsense in your face morning, noon and night! And you should know that I don't bash them lightly. I lived in Liverpool for 10 years and married a native, and love my extended family dearly. The football club and its supporters are something else though. Delusional beyond belief

I once dated a red but her mum refused to talk to me as i was a blue. Luckily i now live in Bournemouth but possibly more of them here. The Boss nights are possibly the ones you watched. Everything about them is manufactured beyond their reality. I take it you now live in exeter. I lived on heavitree road and by the cemetry by polsloe bridge for few years. A lovely part of the country

The opposite mate. I grew up just outside of Exeter (the Heavitree side of town as it goes, out past the airport), but went North for Uni many moons ago. Family’s all gone now, but I still go “home” a couple of times a year to visit friends and make a pilgrimage to the “other” St James Park

I once had to walk away from Macclesfield all the way back to Poynton at 3am in the pissing rain, when a bird I had pulled in the Queens turned out to be a nut nut and I had to escape from her flat. Similar thing happened in Rhodes once which was a much better place to have to walk miles in the middle of the night.
In the Queens !! And she turned out to be a nutter
Well there’s a shocker!!

Yes I know but I was much younger and was pissed up. I only went in for a quick pint before the train came and within minutes i was in love and had no hesitation in giving the last train a miss. She had a very large chest and her own flat on the Moss both of these factors and the beer factor caused me to think that getting the train home would have been at best an act of stupidity and at worse a sin given the opportunity that had presented itself. It all started to go badly wrong soon after arrival at said flat.

Do you remember Tony Kellow?

Of course. In fact I had the dubious distinction of glad handing him around our school fete in 1982. Fecker wouldn’t have a go at our penalty shoot out competition because he had his “best shoes” on. He was a proper old goalscorer of the Goater variety, always in the right place. Sadly no longer with us.....
