I see three of the top six are London clubs, with a fourth that really should be.
I've just been having another look and I don't think people realise how good a job the Bournemouth management are doing to be in and remain in the premier league - annual crowds of 200,000 (which is the same as three games for United, 4 games for City etc.)
It's also nice that Liverpool have FC after their name as it describes them perfectly.

Nobody has mentioned Liverpool's River Festival was on at the same time and attracts 100,000's of visitors over the Weekend. https://www.theriverfestival.co.uk ( let's go and watch the parade)

So, a perfect storm. Sunday, River Festival, etc.

Another interesting thing. First it was 500,000, then it jumped by 250,000 to 750,000(Joe Anderson, the leader of LCC, stated that figure), then it went over 750,000.

Liverpool's population is 450,000, so they were all there, including Everton fans. Or the Merseyside population is just over 2,000,000, so 1/3 of them were there. The whole route, and the full length of the Strand, should have been rammed. But it wasn't. The section of the Strand near the Liver building looked good. But that was close to the end of the parade, and close to the River Festival. The end of the strand near Princes Dock, which is the beginning of the Strand was basically empty.

I smell Scouse bullshit. Well done Joe. Great bit of PR for quoting that 750,000 parade figure, that has gone viral. As the leader of the city council, you have done a great job.
The population of the Liverpool urban area is 897,218 according to recent data.

If you disregard 15% of this for being too old or young (134,583) and another 30% who would be Everton fans (269,165) you are left with 493,470.

You can not tell me that all that lot turned up along with another 250,000 who had travelled from other parts of the country, we all know it is absolute Bullshit and if the Merseyside police were involved in the calculation then it is nothing but a damn right lie.

They are clutching at straws because our season frankly put theirs in the shade and they are royally pissed off about losing out on the Premier League.

Never 750,000 in that picture and I suspect they all came of that cruise ship.

By the way all media outlets seem to lead with Vincent Burke being a "failed Man City" player or "Man City Hopeful" ... disgusting
