I remember Michael Thomas messing them up one year and they winning it the year after. They had the ability in the Roy Evans reign but they dicked around too much, lacked one or too players under Rafa to win and maybe should have won it when they had Suarez. This is probably their best shot I've seen them have in many years

That's because their fans , just like rags, have become overbearingly fucking stupid and hyped up. The media feed their lemmings their daily dose of clickbait and so it goes .

They have become exactly what they despise about the rags - entitled and arrogant with no sense of perspective.

And the fact that they haven't managed a single PL win despite their fanbase and resources is eating away at them.

I hope we add to that misery on Thursday night, and bring about the start of another season of failure.
 
Not sure who is more of a prick out of Mane and Salah. Both equally bad divers. Mane does things like grabbing peoples necks but I find Salah's non-celebrations arrogant, like when Mourinho shakes hands with a manager before the game has finished.

Don’t get me started on the “should have won it” in 2014 rubbish! They had a good attack and a rubbish defence and were lucky to get as close as they did. I remember pre-1990 well and I can honestly say they were the best team in the league consistently. But since 1990 they have NEVER been the best team and have DESERVINGLY not won a title. I have to admit that this season they have their best team since then and their best chance to break this league hoodoo. But I still think we are better and so far they have been luckier and that maybe enough, I hope not.

When it suits them they use the Hillsborough card so no other fans or media can say anything negative about them. Heysel when it suits them they use it as a way of attacking others especially everton with their steau flags and chants. They won at goodison one year and chanted 2-0 to the murderers. Like i say when it suits its banter!

Maybe one of their lurkers can explain why the law is different in that part of the world, so much so that public disorder and wrecking vehicles is not only legal, but also aided and encouraged by the 'law enforcement' people. Liverpool fans suggesting others need to take a long hard look at themselves would be breathtaking/staggering if we weren't all so used to their unique standard of hypocrisy.

Because they're a special, unique club. A real family club, if the family were a den of rabid, disease riddled weasels.

Thats why i wrote "maybe" if Suarez didn't take a chunk out of Ivanovic they could have added more points.

They had a really talented team in the 90's but reading the Spice Boy stuff is a great read, its the most unprofessional stuff you will read. Its funny that Stanley said he tried to distance himself away from that and say he wasnt part of it, but he was bedding the gaffers daughter and getting himself in fisticuffs every other night clubbing

Cant wait for the match, i dont see us being challengers at all, the media want it to sound a three horse race buts its just between two teams. I guess a draw would suit us
