Need to keep an eye on this one. Remember the info that exposed that ex-Liverpool employe has taken a job at Roma and that Liverpool then seemed to get both Salah and Alisson for under the market value.....

well the bbc have now ran an article that the dippers have the most valuable squad in European football !!!!

and then in the gossip section an section that Klopp is planning at least 6 changes to the squad this summer

so seems they are peddling more pro-dipper articles to try and inflate the price of their players
Football Royalty = Most valuable squad
Dirty Arab oil money club = Most expensive squad

As someone posted earlier, I wouldn't be surprised if their PR department are paying the media to post only positive stories about them, and I wouldn't put it past them to slip an extra few quid to make sure that City get a kicking in the media.

One ex dipper thst does a column in the mirror, fowler i think says that the dippers will always be remembered for being this seasons champions

They have not mathematicaly won it so the haven't won it

Suck it up
I think they will have to erase from their minds the knowledge that the rest of the country were hoping the season would be declared void before trying to fool themselves as season 19/20* champions.

I don't think you can argue they paid under market value, and if they did, it's not a conspiracy. Allison was over twice the record fee for a goalkeeper after 1 or 2 good seasons. Salah, not sure why no-one else was in for him, but that would have pushed the fee up as he'd had 2 good seasons. Still, he was up to €50mil including bonuses, which isn't peanuts.

That's why big or successful clubs usually pay over the odds - signing or not signing that one world-class player is the difference in winning the league or the CL, and is worth the 20mil or so extra. Liverpool to their credit bought wisely, identified what they were looking for and created a team over 3/4 seasons that matches the philosophy and could grow without the pressure of a title race. If a player was too expensive, they'd look elsewhere.

And after giving credit to the fuckers, I need to be sick. Hope it's not Coronavirus...

Yeah, it's a bit fanciful to suggest they got Allison for under market value at the time! To their credit, Liverpool have recruited pretty well over recent years. They've made mistakes too though, such as Keita who hasn't done much to justify such a big transfer fee.

The difference between them and us was relatively small and its only someone's opinion as to what is worth. So if they overvalue a dipper (as usual) and undervalue a City player (as always) the get the figures they want.
But when they want to go on about our spending they round us up and round their transfers down.
Lies, damn lies and media statistics.
