I think the league should be cancelled whoever was in front. Allowing it to continue is hugely irresponsible as you can be certain that if the league is allowed to continue and ultimately be won by Liverpool, we will see the biggest defiance of social distancing we have seen yet.

Perhaps we should label Liverpool winning the league what it will really be - Wave 2.

The longer we go on without a decision, the more it’s going to impact next season.

Players aren’t machines and need a rest, as well as a "pre-season" if they are going to start playing again in this one.

Then there are the Euros next summer to think about. If this season's completion is delayed and delayed, it means next season will have to be pushed back, which will affect the players' level of fitness for next year and beyond.
