I said at the start of the season (which I still think) that they wont get top 4. If you dont strengthen you fall behind. The only saving grace is Chelsea weren't able to properly spend (tho still got Pulisic in who looks quality).

One or two big injuries and they're ruined.

We said this all last season but it didn't happen. Whilst I enjoy beating them at full strength anyway, and would never wish serious injuries on anyone, I just find it astonishing that their key players are never injured.

No serious injuries, just a few minor ones that will keep them out of games to upset their rhythm. Hopefully their all singing all dancing first eleven get a sore throat and gout.

I doubt it’s enough of a concern to rule him out but if Lonergan comes in, makes a series of clangers and costs them points it would be hilarious to know one of their fans have cost them points. You don’t get more dipper than that. Maybe they should try bricking the Southampton bus and get the game called off.
