And just remember the mayor of liverpool got slaughtered in the press/media for saying liverpool fans cant be trusted to obey the social distancing. Hopefully the press/media will be publishing him an apology this morning.

Liverpool FC should be apologising to him too. After all, they released a statement criticising him and saying their fans can be trusted not to gather round Anfield once they’d won it.
Nice to see Merseyside Police playing their part in aiding and abetting a blatant disregard for social distancing guidelines.

Yes the press/media should be pushing liverpool fc to make a comment on that statement seeing as their fans ignored the club. Mind you didnt liverpool make a statement about it would be save for City to play a champions league match at Anfield ?

People pack the beach in Bournemouth and its called a major incident. People are rightly vilified for ignoring the rules. 5k plus dippers swarm around Anfield and they’re treated as cheeky scamps who have been waiting so long it’s ok to break the rules.

Just got out of my pit, stumbled downstairs half asleep, made a coffee, sat in front room, turned on tv to be reminded that they’ve won the league - ITV, BBC both discussing it, never mind going anywhere near Sky, lol.

If there are and deaths from this, the Premier league are directly responsible. How many people were saying that if the league continued this is exactly what would happen? They will have blood on their hands, all to get their beloved team over the line.
