They're just absolutely relentless this season. Even without us fucking up so regularly they'd still be a fair distance ahead.

Only solace is that every Rag I know is dying a little inside.

They are lucky not only to play teams going through a crisis - we are witnessing some of the worst Arsenal and United teams in PL history, Chelsea and Spurs are relatively poor for their standards too - but these already unimpressive teams often play Liverpool without key players: Kane, Rashford...We were without Ederson and Laporte.

Incredible.

You have also got to factor in the feel good factor Klopp and all the big players are publically bogging up the club no one is stalling in contracts compare that to us with Pep and Sterling in no hurry to commit the Sane situation etc and we look like there is something not quite right.

They are by far the best team in the league at the minute but that could change next season when we attempt to come again.i think we are the only team capable this season of beating them so let’s just hope we do that . But we do need to get our transfer strategy right in the summer

I hate both of the bastards, couldn’t give a shite who wins loses or draws, the dippers have deserved to win the league this year and the rags are just shite. Fuck em

Liverpool are a great team, one defeat in 60 odd games can’t be argued with. What can be argued, is how our own arrogance has allowed them to walk away with it. We’ve won the league by a single point against a team that amassed 97 points and went on to win the Champions League. You can’t rest on your laurels against that level of opposition but we allowed our captain and legend to leave the club without replacing him. We put all our eggs in the Laporte basket and decided that we could go with our 3rd and 4th choice centre backs from last season to partner him. Laporte gets injured and we then decide we can take the best CDM in the country and lob him at CB for a whole season.

Liverpool have dropped 2 points all season, so we in all honesty, we would likely be behind them no matter what but they have zero pressure on them every week, much like us at this stage of 17/18. It is so much easier to go out and perform, when you know you can lose 2 or 3 games and still be well clear. Maybe, if we had remained humble and didn’t believe that we can do whatever the hell we like, because well, we are just that good, we would be a lot closer to them and their games every week might have more riding on them.

Whichever way you look at it, one defeat in their last 60 Premier League games is an absolutely ridiculous statistic.

Absolutely. The rest of the Premier League should be fucking ashamed of themselves.

Combination of them being fantastic and also every single team that plays them refusing to kick a ball properly when having a shot at goal. You watch us who concede nearly every shot against us then them and it is infuriating. Never seen anything like it in my life. Well deserved champions though. No debate about that.

When they went 1-0 up I told my mate from now on its like 90% chance that they get the clean sheet.

This kind of defensive stability worth so much as it shows also something that helped them to win CL last season.

When we go 1-0 up its like 90% chance we will concede. And this cost us great CL success last 3 years running imo, the amount of goals we shipped at the back vs Monaco, Liverpool, Tottenham.
