If Liverpool have already won the title before the game at the Etihad then Man City will have a better chance of winning the game. If Liverpool need a draw to win the league then Man City will go all out to win which will suit Liverpool and I think Liverpool would win the game. Since Man City gained promotion to the premier league, Liverpool have an excellent record in games against them and I don’t see that changing.

They’ve spunked a load of cash on glitzy promos but they are having to push them over and over again- it was most likely the idea the dips would have won it or one win away but they have to justify the promo costs.

We have had less shots conceded
We have had more dribbles
Liverpool have lost more possession from poor touches
You would never have thought that witht them only losing 1 game

They have more people in the media.

But Van Dickhead has never been dribbled past in his life. Only due to the fact that he pulls them down or short arms them into the hoardings
 
Amazing how times change: after 30 games in the 2018 season we had 78 points so 5 down on Livarpool at the same stage this season and 13 points ahead of Utd. I seem to remember we were accused of ruining football and the whole league was uncompetitive!

Class is permanent form is temporary. We'll be back next season and put these dippers back in their bins. Even Klipperty can't believe they are 20 points ahead. Hoofball can be effective it appears

Moreso when their chief rival has been screwed over by VAR, injuries and (pre Christmas) laughable defending. I'd love to see how the mickeys would cope without VVD for the majority of the season, like we've had to do without Eric.

They got lucky that vinny left and Eric had a bad injury,add no sane option and trying to do a third high intensity season,they won't find it so easy next season,unless the powers that be fancy them to win back to back,for the product

This attitude comes from the top I suspect, Klopp could easily stop the diving, play acting and violent conduct if he chose to but doesn't. Their coaches and middle management have been proved to be thieves and cheats by hacking their opponents. All these people were hired by John W Henry who had shown not only here but with his US teams that cheating isn't an issue to him and he will do whatever it takes to cheat his way to the top.

Personally, I'd be livid if our club and players behaved like theirs, I don't think players like Robertson, Salah or Mane would be lauded and respected here the same way as they are by the Anfield faithful at the game or in the reporters box.

That's just going off the City fans that I know anyway. For us it's the competition and the challenge that's the important thing, sometimes we win and sometimes we lose but as long as we haven't been cheated then it's all the same, that's what sport is about.

Having said all that I think there's probably Liverpool fans who feel the same way. They'll be embarrassed by the antics of their players and of their fans who disrespect the game as a sporting event so badly. It's just that the internet amplifies the voices of the crazy people on the outskirts of all conversations so the more rabid Liverpool fans are the ones you hear of as they're so out there and laughable.

Then again, it may well just 'mean more'.
