To be fair, I was simply pointing out that to those other clubs, they too will feel historically significant. He said "It’s not like Spain or Scotland here, there are loads of historically significant clubs in England." This whilst arguing that lots of other clubs in England have contributed to the success of the league.
Even looking at your figures
England 24 of 92 clubs = 26%
Scotland 12 of 42 clubs = 28%
Not a lot of difference despite Old Firm dominance?
Because English football has been going much longer, more teams are historically significant. 24 is 100% more than 12.

Pretty blatant to me.
 
one at work who was giving it large last year and the first few months this year now thinks football is shit without crowds and he dosnt bother watching.i said try following a club when they are really shit like we did.
Just like the rags - as soon as Bacon left and they went shit, all of a sudden "Modern football is shit" and off they went to watch the Moston Rag Socks
