There is one team that maybe has everything for it (- the team, the players, the manager, the money and all these kind of things - and that's Man City.

Obviously the money issue had to be mentioned. But, like many and many media, forget we also and always challenge all competitions. Always.
Did Liverpool when they won the league? That’s what made us win the league, FA cup and League Cup so special. Yet it has hardly been recognised as special. And therefore I add the Charity Shield as well. And the manner in which we wi our silverware. In style !!

He's quite right; the terrible spectacle of a team of champions crashing to earth in such comprehensive fashion must take an enormous toll on the will to keep going - for both players and fans alike.

And of course about the painful reality that it makes not a spot of difference to how anyone else feels.

Owning your situation and the fact that it is largely the result of the choices you make, is of course the best way to get things back on track, and I'm sure would be the starting point for any team worthy of contending again.

Pretty sure the covid test doesn't check for PEDs. Don't give them excuses. They are just rank average right now and look clueless about how to resolve their issues. They had 18 exceptional months and are now resorting back to being as bobbins as they have been for the last 30 years.

All nice to win but nothing to go boasting about, the hard work is in qualifying for them.
