To think Betfred boosted their price to 3/1 for them to retain the title, We were Odds on. Its still remarkable that they are near enough even money to still win it.

Never in a million years will they get 60 million for those 3 jokers
Even given the current market it seems possible. Wilson did well at Bournemouth and Grujic the same at Hertha BSC, while Brewster is an excellent young prospect with clear potential. Are they good enough for a truly top side ? Not yet, but they all have potential. As a Red I would be a little disappointed to lose Grujic/Brewster, but it's difficult to see how they could fit into the current team and they need to be playing full time.
Given recent track record at Liverpool in selling players of that age for high prices only to see them flop once they've gone, it could be amusing to see it happen again. Pity Bournemouth went down or we could have sold all of them....

I think it was actually just over the hour before I responded, so maybe only 2kwh of nuclear energy.
I also think I actually said I thought it deserved a certain yellow....but on another day maybe a red. Having watched it a couple of times now I think I would stick with a yellow...but then that is my red tinted spectacles on.
Yellow? Fuck off. Fuck right off with that bullshit. Another day? Do fouls change now based on the day?

BBC Merseysnide quote "Jota and Robertson have many suitors after their performances against Arsenal earlier this week, The Miami Heat and LA Lakers may try to tempt Netspend FC with multi-million dollar offers before deadline day".

Come on fella...you must have watched enough football to know what I meant by that....Or have you........ the fact that you put that as an actual question makes me wonder whether you have or you posted in a fit of pique.
Another day...another ref...another person on VAR...another viewpoint.
Of course if following the trend and posts on here it would of course be a yellow all day and every day as it would not change as VAR always favours LiVARpool.
We all see things differently, some have said it was assault, others an elbow, but we all see things and interpret them differently.
I watched it again and again. I saw Mane going in hard, stretching his arm out and his forearm making contact with Tierneys upper arm/shoulder at first contact. Tierney starts to go over and the arm continues forward with the forearm and hand (possibly with clenched fist) then going across and making contact with the face.
Not an elbow as such, certainly reckless possibly dangerous and it was that where "I think" there came the call.
Yes there will be interpretations as to the extent of the recklessness. Others have suggested and are of the view that if it had been a City player making that challenge, that it would have been red, therefore appearing to acknowledge that it is about interpretation and "on another day"

I watched most of the games of Hertha last season. Grujic is a good "Matic" type of player. Big, strong, comfortable on the ball. And he was pretty versatile and could switch into a more offensive 8 type of role, when Hertha needed to push forward. But he lacks the intensity needed to play as 8 under Klopp. That leaves him with more or less one position, that is already covered by Henderson, Thiago, Wijnaldum and Fabinho. £15m perhaps?

Brewster is the least likely to be sold. He's young and the jury should still be out. So a loan spell in a PL club seems like the most logical move.

Origi would probably be in the same bracket as Haller. Top player, but not quite good enough for the top clubs. £20m+ should be doable?

Wilson is a young, PL proven(?) set piece specialist - and English. Wouldn't be surprised if he goes for £20m.
