I agree as well. It was pretty suspicious. A bit like when the rags beat us 4-3 at the swamp when Owen scored in the seventh minute of injury time (after the board said four minutes)

Without wishing to jump the gun, it might well have.

Certainly seems that case. This season they seem to be missing that 'edge' that made them dangerous, and they kinda look mentally exhausted when they play.

Has three season of nine stop football finally caught up with salah and mane.

Not really, but the minute you hit the deck with the faintest of touches and don't get the pen has a devastating effect on nervous energy and team morale.

I get all the piss taking about Liverpool on here and enjoy a laugh at some of the comments but to say Liverpool have been luck or are a poor team is ridiculous. They have been in 2 Champions League finals and won 1 . Won the Premier League by a mile and generally been 1 of the 2 best teams in the last 3 or 4 years. Everybody will concede that City have a stronger squad overall but Liverpools best 11 are more than a match for any team in Europe.

If that's the case, why didn't they smash that small team mentality pile of shit yesterday?
