That's just a long way of saying "we liked City when we were winning everything and they were shit but we hate them now they're winning everything and we're shit".
Spot on! They’re just like the Rags, the two most insecure sets of idiots on this island.

At least they have all to play for Thursday now. Been a good weekend for them. If United beat Leicester which I think they will then it’s Liverpool who look likely to capitalise if they can beat them. West Ham, Spurs, Leicester all bottling it at a critical time.

I hate saying this but I think 'pool will get into the Top 4 - they have the incentive and motivation after the latest set of results to beat the rags and leapfrog those teams you listed above in their remaining games.

Isn't 5th good enough for them anyway should both City and the rags win their finals?

Glad we lost to Chelsea, makes it harder for them to qualify for CL now ;P
I don’t think it’s Chelsea they are trying to oust. It’s Leicester. They are in shite form and their 3 remaining games are Utd, Chelsea and Spurs, whilst also having the FA Cup Final v Chelsea to distract them from it. I have a sneaky suspicion Liverpool will get 4th on goal difference by 1 or 2 goals. I think they’ll win 3 lose 1 of their 4 games and Leicester win 1 lose 2, both finishing on 66 points. In that scenario, West Ham COULD do it if they win all 3 of theirs, but they can’t afford even 1 draw.

No, 5th place would only have gone to 5th place if both Chelsea win the final and didn't get top 4 AND Arsenal won the Europa League

But a bad weekend for Leicester/West Ham....both teams bottling it (especially Leicester)

The bus driver has stated he will rest players for one of the games but he’s not sure which one, gonna be interesting which one as common sense says Leicester, the American alliance of red shite dictates it to be Liverpool

Now getting to football, let me tell you after following City for 60 years I am fucking loving it. All this success is made all the more sweeter by our time in the 2nd and 3rd divisions.

Real fans not dippers or rags but most real fans wish what has happened at City happen to their club. Yes it was like winning the lottery but it's what you do with your winnings that matter. Ours is being well spent. Not just on players but the campus and surrounding area its bloody brilliant.
Dont for forget you were a bog standard 2nd division club until you won the lottery. It was called the pools back than own by the Moores family.
You were a sugar daddy club way before City.
This is why personally I have no issue with City at all and to some extent respect them and the fans more. City are a club who have seen the bad times and so have every right to revel in the good times.
It would be like Barrow coming back and moving up the leagues, they have seen the darkest of times and it plays to the idea of the "romance" of football...(if there is such a thing anymore)

That old saying of "Be nice to people on your way up as you may meet them on your way down" applies in football as much as it does in life. As does "Those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones".

I just say, Enjoy it for as long as it lasts.

But you still had to throw the last line in lead robber

Agree with that. His arse does seem to go around this time of the season.
Watched his post match press conference with Newcastle, his arse has well and truly gone, and they have 3 tough games left , which on paper are all defeats.

Would you rather have points on the board or the “easier run in”?
always the points in the bag but Leicester wobbling with West Ham is giving the scousers a chance of top 4, which would be a get out of jail card for the scousers.

No Champions league would be a disaster for them financially.

Do you think Rodgers should be under pressure for his job if Leicester go that way again?
