He's also the 3rd youngest player (after Mbappe and Haaland) to have scored in 4 consecutive Champions League games. (1 for Valencia and 3 for City).
 
Klopp says Sakah did not dive. It was a foul. (the "contact" myth again)
So basically he is either not a good judge of the game, or a blatant liar. Even the media sycophants agree it was a dive.

I couldn't possibly comment.

He's a fucking bellend.....a hypocritical,cheating,bellend.

Like that other cvnt,Mourinho....who was yesterday supporting his shithouse of a striker for also cheating.

While twats like these two are happy to encourage such behaviour,it will never be eradicated and the game we love will be damaged permanently.

I read in the Guardian Klopp saying that Salad had the marks to prove there was contact. My mind wondered to the dressing room after the match with Salad showing the alleged marks to Klopp saying "Look sir, he hurt me, it's not far, it's really sore, and I think they are all bullies and against me". Klopp puts an arm round him and says, "Don't worry I'll stick up for you and say that the nasty player tried to hurt you and you have the bruises to prove it."

Every player comes back with marks, it's part of teh gaem and proves nothing.

The merest of contact was made on the sole of the cunts boot,it was impossible to cause a mark on the players foot.

Torres has been remarkable. New country, new league, new team, and the coach says "Oh, by the way, you're playing at CF tomorrow."
Torres trots out in a new position and does the business. Clearly, a proper footballer.

How often have we seen contact that doesn’t result in a penalty, explained with ‘that’s not enough,’ or ‘not for me?’ Either contact is in itself enough or it isn’t. It doesn’t depend on whether the player going down is wearing a red shirt.

The thing is we don't even get genuine penalties. Joining the diving fraternity will just give the media an excuse to demand retrospective action (against us, of course)

the divings bad enough but its that fuckin screaming like a tart that gets me,would you really want someone on your side playing next to you thats such a fanny?
 
I think Pep has been pretty successful in his tactics against Liverpool. In the beginning of his spell in BM he didn't really have a plan b. But over time he adapted to the blitz counters, as well as the gegenpress. And tactical, I feel that he's slowly gotten an upper hand on Jürgen.

For me the key has been counters. Pep is not as dogmatic any more. He can drop low and beat Liverpool at their own game. No team is better at finding angles out of agegenpress, and the times when City had two pacey wingers I always felt that City had an upper hand.

If they pair walker with someone with pace, gets Bernardo to drop into space, and unleash the runs in behind Liverpool's back four, I think that Liverpool is in for a real test.

The key will be the first goal. As long as Liverpool are not behind, Klopp will be very tight and hesitant to get too many people on the wrong side of the ball.
