I don’t think I’ve seen a city player use an inhaler on the touch line. I have seen Liverpool subs take multiple puffs before coming on as a sub. Oxlade-Chamberlain for example. I watched him take four or five puffs while getting ready to come on while receiving instructions.Personally I don't doubt in the slightest that PEDs are used extensively in all top level sport including football.

PEDs are part of sport and always will be, until the regulators either make then legal or genuinely make an effort to stop them.

For what it's worth, I think our performance is probably due to incremental gains, including every aspect of how we train, relax, sleep etc. What I would point out is the number of bad injuries we've suffered, or lingering, intermittent ones.
