Next weeks echo headlines

"How Manchester City's lunch menu affects liverpool fc"

"How postponement of Rugby League World Cup helps liverpool fc"

"How eating the last cornetto in your fridge benifits liverpool fc"

"How a surprising twist in an episode of Columbo signals liverpool fc dominance"
An episode of Columbo, set in Liverpool, would have been great. Peter Falk wandering round in his usual, dishevled state and getting stared at in astonishment, as he's still the smartest dressed bloke those scruffy scouse cunts have ever seen. TV gold.

Just one more question sir……..
Where can I get a set of second hand wheels for a Peugeot 403 Convertible

Not a bad game this. 1-0 to Liverpool after 30 mins. Milner playing very well.

Second-half starting. Andy Robertson off (precautionary).

Other than not having Firmino and playing Elliot, that's practically a full strength starting 11.

The bench is a couple of youngsters who had a run-around last season, Karius, and then ... what?

If Robertson is gone, and it looked pretty bad on that vid, Klopp will soon have to get his tracksuit out.

Came across this account by Peter Doherty of a game in the War League North Cup against Liverpool at Anfield in 1944 which finished 2-2 after extra time, "... once again we had to fight it out to a finish. Both teams were completely leg weary, and another goal seemed highly unlikely. But as Jimmy Heale and I were heading the ball wearily to each other across the Liverpool goal mouth, Alec Heard suddenly nipped up and cracked the ball through for the decider. We were climbing gratefully into the bath while the Liverpool team, still out on the field, were claiming for offside!"
