1 slight concern.

They have 2 games in hand, and have to play City at the Etihad. If they do haul the 12 point gap back, and go on to win the title, we'll never hear the last of it from the media and the Dippers. That's my nagging concern with 17 games - 51 points to go for us.

When Liverpool won their only PL title a couple of season’s ago, and Salah and Mane were diving week in, week out, did any of the Dippers on RAWK complain about that? Exactly.

They’re a cult, they wouldn’t even acknowledge they were diving in the first place never mind getting decisions off the back of dives

Met a couple of Brentford fans and a random Chelsea fan after the game on Wednesday. They both said (without any prompting from me) they don't care who wins the league "as long as it's not the scousers." That is a response I have had at loads of away matches. Their fanbase is despised more than anyone, even more than United. LFC fans really are out of touch with reality.

You only have to see the amount of fans from other clubs we had coming on Bluemoon in the 2014 and 2018 title run-ins thanking us for beating Liverpool to the title!

For all of the musing shite from the usual pundits and journalists hailing his 'genius', feel like a lot of this was down to Pep copying/being influenced by Klopp. Our brilliant seasons from 2018-20 were founded on solidity and patience and last season it basically looked like Pep decided that was the way to go. We still managed to be exciting in those years though, unlike the robotic, dull as dishwater stuff these serve up every week.



Rawk is bloody brilliant tonight.

If you seek out the best of the caf, there is plenty of admiration for Pep, grudging maybe but genuine. Does not happen on Rawk.

Look at Mane on that picture… that’s the attitude… nose in the air arrogance, not an ounce of humility. They were led out by weird gob Henderson with an attitude that quite simply said “show me some respect bitches”. Compare and contrast with City being led out in such circumstances with either vinnie or Spanish Dave humbly acknowledging each player making up the guard of honour, with each player following in the same manner.
They deserved fuck all respect. Bernardo didn’t go far enough. What he should have done was necked his coffee then stuck his fingers down his throat and projectile vomited it at them.
