I watched the post-match Klopp interview for a laugh and he didn't disappoint. A moaning, whining, un-gracious git with a selective memory. I give huge credit to Moyes last week who, although he also has 'previous' for ranting at refs, at least against Arsenal had the good sense to blame his team's poor play rather than Alty Anthony sending off Coufal for their defeat. The only time I've really seen Pep animated after a game was the In.Cre.Di.Ble comment. He might be furious inside but he largely keeps his cool.
For what it's worth I thought Kane was a red (foot off the ground and reckless), Jota was probably a pen imho (I thought it was a poor challenge) and Salah's handball was so obvious it was untrue. Robertson was just bloody stupid - the only surprise was the yellow initially produced.
To then go ranting on about a ref not being objective....as someone else pointed out, that is pretty much the same as saying the ref cheats. I'll bet he thought Tierney was objective enough at Anfield when he failed to send off Milner against us. It's all smiles when he's winning but he is dreadful when he drops any points. His team have had more than their fair share of decisions go for them, so no sympathy from me.
And recent games prove what many on here have been saying for a long, long time.....the standard of refereeing is getting worse and is absolutely abysmal. And we are on the end of many of those crap decisions when compared to others.
