I actually had a decent discussion with an ok dipper today. He was trying to downplay their chances of winning the league due to the last few times city have burned them. Anyway, we all had a laugh at United so it turned out not to be a waste of time ;)

Now, back to calling the dippers murdering cunts!

Do you remember when they were all going around telling everyone they’d won the “double“ (despite it being over two separate campaigns) when they won the league? Fucking idiots - by the same logic presume they’ll give themselves four seasons for this “quadruple“

Now, i'll readily admit to having little doubts about the title run in, typical City is still a thing for me.
BUT, on talking to Liverpool fans in work, i can't believe just how many " bet you're shitting it" or " we're favourites now" or "we've got Pep running scared" or even " we're the best side in the world by far" comments i've had to put up with, talk about being giddy.
With a confidence i don't feel at times, i mentioned the fact we were still a point clear and that they had to come to ours and i was confident in beating them.
I might as well have spoken in tongues, they were gobsmacked that i wasn't wanking myself silly over them.

never heard a peep from em months ago
now im getting whatsapp msgs every fuckin day.
they are like that bogpaper the echo constantly reminded them selves and everyone else how great they

They are all the same mate. Blinded by the waffle they get fed from ex dippers or pro dipper commentators. They get so carried away. They're the same as the rags. Blinded by the nonsense they hear. This Liverpool side is class. But it has one league, one CL and one league cup to show for it. In their history, and boy do we hear about it, this side probably isn't even worth a mention with that haul.

We might not have a CL but have so many other successes and records from this Pep era.
