As far as the dippers go, let them win the chumps league.
Deep inside their blackened souls they know who the real champions are, and it's not them.
The best team/squad they've ever had, the side most lauded by the media, the most 'blind eyes' turned by the officials, the manager with the shiniest teeth etc.etc. Yet it's still little old City who hold the one title they most covet,
that title being;
Premier League Champions!

And that will do for me....

They were robbing tickets off their fellow Liverpool fans at the Champions League final in Athens in 2007 so nothing surprises me with that lot. Obviously they're not all like that but I reckon it will be carnage in Paris and Real Madrid fans, local Parisians, tourists, and even law-abiding Liverpool fans will be fair game for the low life neanderthals in their support.

Does he not realise it's as broad as it's long? The only days they could play this game are Tuesday or Thursday. Wednesday is out, presumably because it's the Europa League Final and UEFA don't allow any clashes with finals (hence why there are loads of Prem games on Thursday), so if it was Thursday he would have even less turnaround ahead of the Wolves game on Sunday than he's had for the game tomorrow.

And if they were playing Wednesday he’d be complaining too little time til Sunday. Good job they aren’t playing Thursday like 6 teams, including relegation threatened Everton and Burnley

As they were all boasting on twitter about robbing the service stations on the way down to wembley on saturday (some of the twats even posting photos with what they had stolen like it was something to be proud of) one of the scouse scum said & I quote "nobody got stabbed so wheres the problem"
I hope someone has warned the people of Paris about the shit to expect in a few days.

Yeah, the champs league record 2018-19 is exactly as you stated...

Their record in the group stage was Won 3 Lost 3 (lost EVERY away game)
Level on 9 pts and +2 goal difference with Napoli (and level on head-to-head as both won 1-0 at home) only going through because they scored more than Napoli (9 to 7).

Then drew with Bayern at home (round of 16) and lost against Barca away (semis)

Proper league of Champions form that, but the facts are that they did end up winning it.

Hey, here's a thought, maybe they could have played them on the scheduled date if it hadn't been for their much needed mid-season break, sorry, I meant to say Covid19 outbreak which turned out to be not a Covid 19 outbreak ;)

This is my thing about pundits/media going on about champs league is the big one to win. I think also that season liverpool never away apart from the final I think. In 1999 United only won four games to the final. We won 11 games to get to the final last season.

They beat Bayern away in the round of 16 and they beat the mighty Porto away in the quarters
