Why isn’t it? You are being asked to show respect by either staying silent or standing for the anthem and singing it if you want.

At every sporting event the world over if a National anthem is played you are asked to stand and respect it.

It appears to me that your enemy is my friend type of thing, they wont call them out because they are a means to an end.

It must piss them off that the monarchy is so popular and their view of the world just isn't happening for them.
