That's another good point, which is about not offending those who have a different view. I'm sure there were many in that crowd who really don't have a problem with the Royal Family or are even supporters of the Monarchy.So I don't really care that the scousers booed. I didn't, as there were people around me at the match who held a different view and I saw no particular reason to offend them, I was just there to watch the football. Clearly some people would be offended by booing, and I think it's everybody's right to offend people if they want to, it's a personal choice, I chose not to yesterday.
Hopefully the scousers won't therefore mind if I mention victims next time we play them. Free speech and all that.
But as we know all too well, the Anfield cult feel that THEY have the right to tell us all how we should feel.
