A joke.There's no time in the fixture callander for this at anytime.We have international football on now so how can you have another club tournament on after.

Pep has already took a stand on it and the effects on players welfare. They are only human after all and their careers could end prematurely with both UEFA/FIFA taking the piss out of them. Because of the money involved I can't see all the coaches collectively sending their EDS in protest.

It’s absolutely ridiculous, expecting players to perform for so long each year.

Not only do their bodies need a decent amount of rest, but their minds also need a good break.

But I'm sure the quadruple winners ;-) will find a way to worm into the competition.
