My usual glass half full attitude is severely tested tonight.
Very poor, no fight, VVD shown up again for wrong decision and not making changes at half time.
The bench today showed how little strength in depth we have with only Carvalho being attack minded possible to bring on.
But how bad did Liverpool have to be to be beaten by that lot?
The positive tonight ...is surely, we can only get better.
A bit of reality brought back to many fans, reminding them that the last few years have been great but it is easy to slip back to mediocrity.
I wouldn’t worry too much about going down there are two or three other teams that are fucking shite as well.

Part of the problem is VVD standing around pointing at players to make a tackle instead of doing it himself.

The first goal, Milner was skinned by Sancho, VVD stood on the 6 yard line, hands behind his back, rather than attacking the ball.

Added to the fact the sole purpose of your midfield is to break up opposition attacks, when your two full backs aren't picking up your forwards with 60 yard balls over the top there is very little creativity and a plan b.
