He repeated the blatant lie that City are "owned by a country." He's a dishonest twat. He knows this is false. Not even Der Spiegl and UEFA accused City of being owned by a country. If it was true then the hundreds of independent auditors who have checked our accounts every year since 2008 would all have to be corrupt.
