Liverpool Thread - 2022/23

Worryingly the Scousers could pinch 4th place. They now have most of their best players back. Looking at their remaining fixtures I can’t see them losing a game. The Spurs game will be the toughest match, but I can’t see Spursy troubling Liverpool. Only Newcastle being 9 points in-front can stop Liverpool getting 4th place. The top 3 places are gone. Us, the Rags, and Arsenal.

Sky wanking over Liverpool. We destroyed them as comprehensively as they destroyed Leeds tonight. The only difference was we eased off.

Couldnt give a toss really, long as their below us that will do, that alone will continue to eat away at their fanbase and the club hierarchy - happy days :-)

They shipped 5 v palace the previous week, who had scored 4 league goals since the return from the World Cup, hence Le sausage being butchered…

Leeds are no barometer to measure the klan resurgence lol
 
Not going to check but after the 3 big scores this year they have gone back to shit so wouldn't worry about them being back.
Goal difference probably just the 9, 7 and 6 matches. poor in the rest.

Actually it does matter. Liverpool not being in the CL is a massive moral and financial blow to them. It was also force them to play on a Thursday night in Europe next season. And yes, I am going to lump on them to win the Europa League. They will smash it with their current team and new midfield, minus Bellingham. ;-)

You’re right, is does matter but 9 points behind the barcodes with 8 games left is a big gap.
