Nope. They believe it. They truly do believe every outlandish and downright preposterous article they read. Wank bank could claim that Henderson hasn't really left the clan, but that aliens have abducted him in order to teach football to Martian Athletic FC, who are currently struggling in the Inter Galactic Space league and who recently lost 54 - 0 to UFO Rangers. They'd read it and assume they could watch the games on Sky!
54 NIL?
Have UFO Rangers abducted Erling too?

City supporters are enjoying the success of their team, those in power within the English game have allowed this dominance to happen and spoiled what was the best league in the world

City are now going for their fourth on the spin. What they have done from a purely footballing point of view is admirable, with brilliant players and a good coach, but they shouldn’t have been allowed to do this. It's too late now for anything to be done about it, that ship has sailed, and it means they are going to be really hard to catch. There is every chance they will fall off their perch once Pep goes, but it’s hard to see it happening at this moment in time.

Aldridge, or his ghost writer, really haven't thought this out properly.

If there is every chance we will fall off our perch when Pep leaves, then the only difference between City and the chasing pack is the manager, and his ability to elevate the team to greater achievements. So in allowing this to happen, those in power have failed in one thing - to prevent City from recruiting Pep as manager. How might the powers within the English game have prevented this? And what was to stop other clubs attempting to persuade Pep to manage them instead?

Seems like there has not been a failure after all.

What other way is there to look at it than purely football? If Aldridge is trying to whack City because of the money, look at their history chums in Trafford spending shit loads but going no where. Then look at Liverpool themselves, they have spent obscene amounts of money since the inception of the Premier League and only have one league title to show for it. I don’t remember anyone complaining when Littlewoods were spending what they liked (including signing Aldridge) which allowed Liverpool to dominate and rack up the trophies.

New Rules:
a) Only managers with hair allowed
b) Managers must have ginormous, gleaming gnashers that can be seen from space.
c) Slaphead tribute act managers are allowed - only baldy exception.

That'll teach us!

£215m for Salah, they'd be fucking insane to turn that down.

Unpopular opinion here maybe but if Saudi came in with that kind of money for Kev - considering his age and our need to replace him anyway, I'd be okay with it.

So would I, I wonder how much of that £215 million they get upfront? They could go straight to PSG and put big money down for Mbappe.

i dont even class liverpool fans as the same species, the brainwashing is absolute and when speaking to them you constantly have to remind yourself that you arent dealing with humans who are somewhat capable of rational thought you are dealing with dippers who left behind the very concept of rational thought the moment they mugged someone for their first klanfield ticket
Listen am an ex reds fan and let me tell you there is a massive difference between a local Liverpool fan and these gloryhunting, tourist balloons who have infested my once great club. I told you in previous posts out of a capacity of 54k only 6k have local postcodes which give# you an indication of the problem, I will bet you nearly all the fans you hear spouting there mouths off are armchair, keyboard warriors who have never been to Anfield in there life, As for John Aldridge who is local.. what a player and what a fantastic career however has become a bit of an embarrassment with some of his views bitterness is not a view shared by locals I know, maybe it’s because nearly all Liverpool fans born after SKY and have only ever been fed and brought up on tales of fame and success and can’t now accept other Clubs dominance.

Not sure Mbappe would sign for Liverpool

If they had £215 million in their bank account that Mbappe and his agent could get hold of some of as wages and signing on fee I think that might help. He would be also going to a much more higher level league than France, people weren’t sure Tevez, Silva and Yaya Toure would sign for us. Money and the vision of things to come helped that happen.
