Couldn't give a damn how much they get for Salah, there is no one like him out there for them to replace like for like.
They'll have loads of money but will lose their best player.
Of course, they can strengthen multiple positions but they won't be as lethal upfront without him

Another upside after saying Salah is going nowhere.

More deluded ramblings from the wank bank

At some point the person behind Liverpool Thought Bank will come out and say it was all a hoax that just got out of hand.

They will say that they made up more and more outlandishly piss-take "thoughts" expecting to be finally rumbled, but no matter how ridiculous, it was always lapped up. In the end, morally and for the sake of their own mental health, they just couldn't keep doing it.

I'm surprised he didn't just keep his mouth shut and take the money, rather than trying to claim he's actually got some sort of greater moral purpose and that the whole of Saudi society will change as a result of having an aging, slightly average footballer playing in their country.
Might want to read that first line back to yourself:-)

John Aldridge discusses the Premier League title race

Anyone finishing above Man City this season will have to be exceptional. It is going to take something special to knock them off top spot. Although I'm sure City supporters are enjoying the success of their team, those in power within the English game have allowed this dominance to happen and spoiled what was the best league in the world.

If a team won the league back-to-back a decade ago, it was seen as a remarkable achievement. City are now going for their fourth on the spin. What they have done from a purely footballing point of view is admirable, with brilliant players and a good coach, but they shouldn’t have been allowed to do this. It's too late now for anything to be done about it, that ship has sailed, and it means they are going to be really hard to catch. There is every chance they will fall off their perch once Pep goes, but it’s hard to see it happening at this moment in time.

this is just another rambling from one of the paid for and bought red ex players masquerading as a member of the press, when the rags won it three times on the spin twice over a decade ago there wasnt so much of a peep as to how unfair it was and how it was ruining football, it was all about how good the team was and we were privileged to be watching something so special, not now tho its all about how unfair it is and how could this happen but as many others have said and i continue to reitterate, the only thing they really hate it is that it isnt them, at its core its just jealousy and the fact that they are trying to mask it with some kind of altruistic need to protect english football is complete crap.

"a good coach". What a thick prat.

the thing i hate about that idiots article is the assumption that we have been allowed to do this, IF we have been allowed to do this its because other teams havent been good enough so how about you spit your vitriol at your own clubs for 'allowing' us to do what we have done.
