Wrong concrete being poured, if true how easy is it to fix? Could they end up having to demolish the stand and have to rebuild it from scratch?

They'll got a 'sound' safety certificate. Put away fans in it. It'll collapse during a game. They'll claim the sympathy and insurance money back.
