Klopp’s record, by any objective measure, is very good. Given how long he’s been Liverpool manager. He is plainly an exceptionally good manager. It’s just he was up against Pep.

The only thing I resent is that he’s always competing. Last year they were lucky to get 5th & were abject in all cups & yet that season gets wiped from the history books like a few others.

But your main point is absolutely spot on, was it 18 on the bounce to win the title, they just wouldn’t fuck off. The difference with Arsenal last year was clear to see & once we’d wrapped it we dropped points. Klopp just wouldn’t allow us to enjoy the last couple of games stress free.

The greatest manager of our era? WTF? Pep beats him hands down. Fergie? Wenger?

Howard Kendall won two league titles (not 1) an FA cup and a Cup winners cup. Also lost in 3 other finals. His record, of course, may have been even better had a ban on English clubs not been brought in.

Klopp is a good manager, no point saying he is not. But the over-hype is beyond belief.

For those that have been waiting. The Liverpool thought bank has finally posted. Disappointing post from somebody who's just realised he's going to have to do a complete 180 on his "thoughts" but sounds as though we can expect some top tier delusion in yhr near future

For those inboxing and commenting for my reaction... I dont have any reaction. This page is my hobby and has always been about posting meaningful and well thought out LFC posts - its not about clickbait, gathering followers and I don't make any money from this. And honestly, there's no chance of reacting meaningfully at this stage. This is gonna take time to process - both for the page and personally as a Liverpool fan. We're just starting the morning here in my current timezone, it's shaking the world of sports. The video posted last night may seem connected to this news, but it was a pure accident...it was posted before the news. It's a seismic day...but one thing I'll tell you is that its only upwards from here because of the foundations that Klopp has given us. We need to stay calm and think with clarity. Walk on...Walk On. Great post. No he’s not and who knows if the end is coming soon so I’m loving every minute of this. I’m so grateful for everything and It’s been one hellava ride. Pep will go down as the best ever manager.
