I suspect he will be far more adaptable in terms of tactics, formation and playing styles than Klopp's relatively "one size fits all" approach.

Liverpool has a squad tuned to play Klopp's high intensity kick'n'rush football. They will need significant adjustments to play Alonso-ball. He actually uses the midfield for other things than pressing.

The reaction to this is way over the top for a manager with lets face it a pretty average trophy return over the long time he was with the dippers and vast sums spent. Not fit to lace Peps boots and am glad he is going as he to me was grossly overrated by the useless biased media and never stopped moaning.
