It could go either way with his 'passion' based motivation. All the players don't necessarily love him, but respond to being wound up by him, and that could easily backfire if they know he's going so far in advance.

I think the general consensus is that klopp is a 2 faced cheerleader, who actually didn't change football in the UK from the grass roots level ( but the dippers would have you believe he did). Only in Merseyside would you believe this theory

Yes, even the greatest manager of his generation Pep - even according to baconface- said he pushed us towards greater achievements. But that fact doesn't give the media and the cult to suggest klopp is worthy to be respected in the same breath.
