I was a big fan, but like you Im very much in the "he made his bed" camp. We replaced Milner with KDB. They replaced Gerrard with Milner. Good representations of our trajectories.

I thought we replaced Jimmy with Raheem.

But whichever way you look at it, we've certainly upgraded.

And by quite some margin, IMHO.

Maybe the short=sighted transfer executive couldn,t tell the difference between wee jimmy and THE KDB...and they just signed the wrong player.by mistake,....
