Just to add to this, he reffed us at Swansea when we lost 1-0 in March 2012. It was April 2013, a full 13 months after that Swansea game, when he next officiated one of our games at Spurs. You'd normally expect an experienced ref to officiate a given team 3 or 4 games in a season yet he had a 13 month break from our games.

in 2012/13 he reffed Chelsea, Spurs & Utd 3 times each, Arsenal & Liverpool twice. Yet only did one of our games and that was late in the season.

Mate stop trying to justify it to the contrary troll.

Gave Swansea a pen that day and all.

Disgrace from Mason to continue to smile when McCarthy time wasted all game and their bench keep hold of the ball twice, only to then book Ederson at the end.

And yet again only 1 minute added on at the end of the first half after about a dozen 45 second goal kicks and full backs going over to take throw-ins only to drop the ball and wait for the centre half to come and take it.

It is unusual that it was such a while to he reffed us again which supports your overall point about City having a word. I do remember we had a terrible record with him that season but we were poor, as well as Mason, in a few of them games also.

Let’s hope going forward we can avoid him as much as possible as without question he is a poor ref.

condescending posts like this go next to the insulting ones - at the same level as not being able to have a reasonable debate...says something about the person that is a little insecure in my opinion

There is nothing to debate. Your opinion is one of a defensive nature on Masons behalf.

We will never agree, so like I said, fuck all to debate.

Just about every blue on here can see through the shit, especially around mason, but you've chosen to spend the day going against the grain on a Manchester City forum so huge congratulations for that.

As Saint Paul once said, you reap what you sow.
