As I have been working at City all week and again all next week (helping to put together our nice new City street) I can tell you for certain that the rumour is NOT flying around Eastlands! Been at pitchside today infact talking to the groundsmen stiching the new pitch together and I was asking about signings etc and no one had a clue, speculation yes but no inside info. Not doubting what you have been told but I can honestly say there is no buzz or rumour about Messi. Anyway I'm going off back into my shell now, just wanted to add my bit.

I am sorry but Arsenal are the least PL PL-Team (with possibly the worst cb partnership ever) And his goals in that game were lucky to say the least, furthermore his result against Arsenal is STATISTICALLY an Anomoly however you look at it so should be ignored. 1 in 12 is hardley a great record is it?

I don't have a magic ball but I have watched every game of Lionel's for the past 3 years andd he would struggle to make an impact in the prem IMO. Do you have a magic ball that says he will succeed? And by flop I mean not to Berbaflop's level but maybe 15-20 goals in a season
