Basically the direct debit scheme for CL tickets. Someone with 100 points who is on the scheme is ahead of someone with 20,000 who is not.

Uefa cup scheme - probably not enough points as very few will go to points. Probably be okay if you got to Brighton away in 2019.

Yeh we didn’t get Brighton in 2019 mate. Ended up getting tickets in Brighton end thankfully.
Agree 20,330 is cutting it fine but couple of other poster’s on here reckon because we’re on the cup scheme we’ll be sound. Fingers crossed

The cost is one thing, but that 10 day quarantine will be prohibitive for so many. Case numbers are falling but difficult to predict if it will be quick enough.

You will definitely get tickets in my opinion.

Surely if you went to Faroe Islands (I think) by boat your present problem wont stop you going , no seriously Bill gutted that fans like you cant make the trip after all these years doing what you've gone through watching City.

personally i think it'll go to surprisingly low points, plenty wont be up for the cost and travel restrictions both getting there and coming back

A lot depends on what's happening with the lockdown in Turkey. There's no point if there aren't any bars open to watch the game IMO. You'd be better heading to Manchester and finding a pub to watch it - then celebrations in town or at the Etihad after.

Just note, the current lock down, which includes a curfew, DOES NOT APPLY TO TOURISTS.

Yes, there may/will be limited bars to watch the game in. But all indicators are there will be places open showing the match (think hotel bars)

Just in case people are not aware flights into Istanbul from Manchester use two different airports. Turkish Airlines use the new main airport (Airport code : IST) which is on the European side, about 30 mins to central Istanbul. Pegasus, who also operate from MAN, fly into Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport (Airport code: SAW) which is located on the Asian side and is about an hour by taxi to central Istanbul.
The stadium is on the European side.
