I posted this on another thread, but can't find it any longer. I emailed
Richard.Branson@fly.virgin.com with the following:
Dear Mr Branson
You are currently running an article on your website at the location http://www.football.virginmedia.com/pag ... 22,00.html which is offensive to Mancunians, and in particular supporters of Manchester City Football Club. I suppose its justification is loosely under the guise of satire, but I suspect it is motivated by hatred, jealousy and prejudice.
Please will you withdraw the article immediately, and issue an apology to those you have offended. Failure to do this will result in a campaign to stop using Virgin brands. I know some people have already taken this measure.
Yours sincerely

I received this autoreply:
Richard.Branson@fly.virgin.com to me
Hello
Many thanks for your mail to my airline office.
As much as I’d like to respond to everyone personally, it’s not always
possible. If you’re giving me some feedback about a recent Virgin
Atlantic flight I’ll make sure it gets to the right people.
If you are letting me know about one of my other companies, I'm always
pleased to receive the feedback. However to avoid any delay in getting
back to you can you please check http://www.virgin.com for a list of the other
Virgin group companies and get in touch through the ‘Contact Us’ section
of their websites.
Best regards
Richard

I think the article deserves a strong response from us. We should bombard Branson with emails. Does anyone have his phone number?
