You used to be fun, you've changed. :-)My advice is not to brick any windows or torch anything until the redundancy money has been lodged in his account.

Money is important mate, loads of time to brick and burn after he gets it, especially if he hasn't found a new job yet.You used to be fun, you've changed. :-)

Hi mate.
Thanks for the sound advice firstly. It is pretty much how I see it with whatever I say tomorrow being completely irrelevant. They are offering me two months redundancy and two weeks pay (one for every year I have been with the company) and I am assuming that I will be out at the end of May with the already mentioned redundancy and other payment. I am going to try and spin them for another weeks pay as I have been there for two and-a-half years service.
Oh sorry, that was a serious post? Good advice in that case. Definitely wait until after the redundancy monies have been paid before committing vandalism and arson.Money is important mate, loads of time to brick and burn after he gets it, especially if he hasn't found a new job yet.
Depends. For all we know the OP could be differently sexually inclined, we shouldn't make assumptions.Oh sorry, that was a serious post? Good advice in that case. Definitely wait until after the redundancy monies have been paid before committing vandalism and arson.
Can he smash his secretary's back doors in or is that crossing a line??
You don't know his secretary. The only assumption I made was that any reference to bricking and torching was made in jest.Depends. For all we know the OP could be differently sexually inclined, we shouldn't make assumptions.

No. Whatever gender the secretary identifies with, it might not be compatible with the OP's preferences.Says the poster assuming the secretary is female?
People have had experience of this before and some people work in recruitment and HR and can offer sound advice. There's a wide range of knowledge on here and why not tap into it?
