It’s strange that even when he had the ball deep in their half, the circumstances of the game made it feel as if he was in our box, thus heightening the sense of danger.

He's got decent touch and ability on the ball, plus workrate. If he was 22, I'd say he could be a good player for us and could be eased in to replace Bernardo. But he's 27. I don't see the value in him - and before someone says that "it's not your money so what does it matter", well I guess what I mean is just that I don't think he's all that.

Nunes aside, I've seen nothing today to make me think there's a player in there that could add value to City

I'm not a huge fan of Guimaraes either, but I'd sooner take him over Pacqueta

Are people actually thinking he tried his best yesterday? Not a chance, he didn't give a shit and probably wanted us to win the league ahead of Arsenal. This is the worst game to judge him on ever. However, remember how he played last season at the Etihad? They lost 3-0, but Paqueta looked fantastic.
