Lucas Paqueta investigated by FA for alleged betting breaches

around the time of aloku comments about us not really being in for him, someone on here suggested we only bid to up the price west ham wanted, god did i call them out on it.

a few weeks later and my conspiracy theory sensors are twitching, just a hunch but here goes( i expect to get called a **** for this btw)
when we were talking to west ham about "rice" maybe were weren't, maybe we were talking about paqueta , get involved in the rice "auction" because arsenal would see that as a small victory against us when they outbid us, then we can talk about paqueta , im more than likely a million miles away, but i always claim our management team are on a different level to most other clubs.

It's certainly a thought, given our track record in the past.

That has nothing to do with anything. Its what City are prepared to pay and if Pep sees the potential then thats good enough for me ... and thousands of other Blues.
No need to get defensive. City won’t get into a bidding war for a player. It is a fact that he also struggled last season. Is this Rawk now levels of denial?
