Amazing the things some will do. A wealthy, high profile footballer puts his career and reputation on the line to scheme a few bucks for his mates. As a side note I don't understand how wagers allowing the line on his being booked to move so dramatically were not flagged by the booking agent. That type of shit is supposed to go "off" the board. My son's buddy works for Draft Kings and says a lot of money would need to be wagered on a prop bet to make the line move to such odds. 4 5K bets can't do that. If him getting booked truly moved to 8 to 11 then some big money was wagered AND it would have been flagged. The facts that 4 different parties made large wagers and that he went ahead and got booked doesn't bode well for him.
Sadly I thought he could help us but the reality is what he's done is far worse than betting on games. It constitutes criminal activity and he should receive some serious consequences...
