Luis Suarez

Managers can have a big impact on players antics on the field of play. Clubs like United and Liverpool protect and encourage players diving. Kompany did not back YaYa up in his last episode. That is the difference. Suarez is a brilliant player. Cut out the shite and I would want him here.

I don't want him and I said last year that the Sheikh won't have him at any price. He's had a great season, not only because he's scored goals, but because it's one of those seasons where he takes time out from biting anyone, he hasn't abused a fellow professional because they're black and he hasn't saluted the home supporters with a European "V" sign - so he hasn't been suspended for a third of the season. But his amateur dramatics are still thriving: at Norwich the local hospital was preparing a bed for a lengthy stay and the forms for his wheelchair were being typed when he rose like Lazarus to sprint after the ball. Even MDM was ordering flowers to send him in hospital.

This is not the kind of behaviour the Sheikh (or anyone else at the club) wants to incarnate the image of the club - especially after showing the door to SuperMario and Tevez.

No one would have Bellamy here as well, Suarez I would have you here in a heart beat. Top player who is on his game.

And when he's not on his game his mind will wander. He may not light fireworks in his bathroom but there are other and many nefarious activities which make up his approach to football. He may go down as one of the most clinical finishers in world football, but he is also a plain and simple cheat.

I don't care if he would score us 30 goals a season I don't want the prick within a 100 miles of our team. Scoring goals hasn't been a problem for us this season so we don't need to spunk our entire budget on a cheating prick who throws himself to the ground, writhing in agony until Liverpool have the ball again and jumps straight back onto his feet. Money better spent reinforcing the midfield and defence.

Thats todays game, would you of turned down Henry or even Maradona to play for us on their day?

Di Marzio on Suarez, boom.

This man is the most reiable in the business in my opinion.

Real Madrid ready to pursue Suarez should Benzema not extend. While United is interested in Cavani

He even scored on Easter to symbolize Liverpool’s rebirth. Few clubs have a striker like Luis Suarez, it’s a shame we can’t afford someone like him in Italy. In his last extension with the Reds he received a salary of 10 million pounds, a figure unthinkable in Italy. That is along the lines of what PSG pays Cavani, 9.5 million euro. Italy will have to face both in Brazil, Prandelli is on alert, but in the meantime the transfer news is buzzing.

Manchester United is interested in Cavani, while Chelsea has moved on since they are convinced they can land Diego Costa. Real Madrid and Ancelotti on the other hand are interested in Suarez. They had already made an attempt to land him last season, but they didn’t complete the deal. But they are quietly preparing another assault, at the moment this is an idea that has yet to have a concrete development.

They first need to resolve Benzema’s situation: his contract expires in 2015 and they have started to work on an extension. But should Real Madrid see an opening to land Suarez, they could decide to sacrifice the French striker for the best offer (Wenger?) if not the surprise in Real’s Easter egg could still be bitter.

If this is the case we should go and get Benzema, ship off Dezko then the diver will go to Madrid. Boom!
