He was not the first to bite someone, just the first to get a ban for it, we of all people should understand law changes mid season after suffering them so often, and why they are used. As for Racism, Evra was his only accuser a man caught lying on a previous accusation, he went up for a FA charge of Racism and came away with a ban for uncorroborated (at least that was the word i think they used) evidence. in short he was getting a ban regardless of whether he was guilty or not.
